First Sermon
It is an obligation for every Muslim to fast
We order him to become Muslim and then we tell him to fast
Even though they're not fasting we don't encourage them
This fasting person needs to be pubescent
It is not an obligation for the child to fast
Among the conditions for fasting is for the person to be sane
If he
Blasphemes
his fasting is not accepted
He has to go back and do all the days again
The original
Blasphemer
he does not have to make up the days
It is not an obligation for those who are physically ill, rather he has to give an expiation
It is haram for them to fast
We are not allowed to fast on the days of Eid
As for those we mentioned before they are not obligated to make it up
But they have to pay an expiation
1 muud, equivalent to two handfuls
This sickness has to be a serious sickness, not a headache, a serious fever or the like
It is permissible for him to break his fast if he's traveling, even if there's no hardship. But he is encouraged to continue fasting
It is an obligation for the person to have the intention at night time
You have to specify that it is for Ramadan
He's not allowed to eat or drink anything, or insert anything in the open outlet
He has to refrain from eating and drinking
Only the Muslim their deeds are accepted
Anything is not accepted from him until he becomes Muslim again
The ears are open inlets
The private parts are open outlets
The pure saliva does not break the fast
This is something we need to be careful of
The person is obligated to make his intention at night time
This day is not counted for him
This person has to leave out those things even though he's not fasting
Second Sermon
The month of repentance has started
It is the month when the soul is purified
Rush to spend your time by obeying Allah
You will be protected from the harm of the people
The one who prays Fajr in congregation it is as if he spent the entire night in prayer
To go and learn a chapter of the knowledge it is better than praying 1,000 optional prayers
If one is fasting, then don't curse
In Ramadan the doors of paradise are opened
By performing acts of obedience
Make sure to take someone with you
By doing so you will prepare yourself for the Hereafter
If the members of your household need help then rush to help them
Seeking the reward from Allah
The optional deed is not better than the obligatory deed
Break your fast on dates
There is a blessing in eating Suhoor
Do not make Ramadan a time for eating food in large quantities
Jummah Class
Getting tired in doing acts of obedience for the sake of Allah is a comfort for the grave
This month is an opportunity to get many blessings
The one who has been granted the ability to do good deeds
When the person is fasting a lot of the nafs is broken
The doors of paradise are opened this month
On top of that the nights of Ramadan are illuminated
Remain consistent in doing good this month
Among the goodness is sitting in the circles of knowledge
Allah is the Most Generous, the person does not know the rewards of the good deeds he does
The person could be saved from hellfire because of that charity
The Prophet(PBUH) encouraged us to give that in charity
Even if you don't have a lot of money
Fill your time with goodness
Don't consider a good deed too little
Because she gave that dog water to drink she was forgiven for all her sins
She felt compassion and sympathy for that dog
It didn't take much for her to do that
Teaching the knowledge of the Religion is more rewardable than that
Don't miss out on that reward
This Dunya is a place where we sew what we will reap in the Hereafter
The same way we came into the world we will leave it
What will you take in the Hereafter?
You only take your deeds
The person who runs that company might not know
Nothing is hidden from Allah
Because you feel happy, you get rewarded for that
The happiness you feel when you see people doing good
Likewise if I feel sad in seeing someone falling short in doing the obligations I get rewarded
Smiling in the face of the Muslim is rewardable
Don't have the mentality that right now you're young
Start doing good deeds now
Be motivated to take advantage of this month
The prayers are an obligation on the accountable Muslim
Except for the menstruating and post partum bleeding woman
The Muslim is the one he benefits from prayers
The Muslim is told to do them just as he is
In the Hereafter he will be punished for not praying
The angels would ask them "what brought you here?" They will ask in admonition
They will reply "we were not from among those who prayed"
We are referring to the pubescent Muslim
He's obligated to teach them
So it will be easier for him to do when he is an adult
If the guardian does not do that he is sinful
Once the child reaches ten lunar years of age the guardian is ordered to hit him if he does not pray
Don't pay attention to those that say "he is too young to be hit"
This hitting is to discipline them
Just like the child who is burned when he touches fire, you discipline him if he does not pray
If he gets used to it at a young age it would be easier for him to do when he's older
Children can be conditioned to do good deeds
This doesn't usually happen but it's possible
What he gets used to doing as a child you will see when he's older
The insane person does not have to make up the prayer
Allah does not make an obligation on someone more than they can bear
This judgement many people are oblivious to
Wouldn't you love to get light in your grave?
Teach others this knowledge
Be daring and brave in teaching this knowledge
If you see someone you don't know approach them and teach the knowledge
Your existence makes the heart happy
When people come by and see this circle they get curious
You are a reason, by your presence
