First Sermon

  • Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the best of the creations
  • The miracles are greater than the karamas
  • The Awliya gives many acts of worship
  • These are not miracles
  • Sometimes miracles are performed by the request of the people
  • Some people said if you're truthful about your claim of Prophethood bring forth a camel from a rock
  • By the Will of Allaah he did it
  • It does not occur except by Prophets and it cannot be defeated
  • Water sprung from his finger tip
  • Many miracles are done by Prophets
  • Pharaoh didn't believe in Prophet Musa and he himself claimed to be God
  • Those magicians were very strong in magic
  • Magic is haram
  • Those ropes appeared to be snakes
  • He threw his staff and it became a real snake and devoured all the ropes
  • The magicians/sorcerers knew that it was no magic, they all embraced Islam
  • Eesa bought the dead back to life
  • He used to cure the people that were blind from birth
  • We are blessed to be in the nation of Prophet Muhammad(sallallahu alayhi wa sallam)
  • The crying of the dead tree trunk
  • He hugged it and it stopped crying
  • The Prophet told the companions to fear Allah
  • They told him that "this is all the water we have left"
  • He put his blessed hand in the bucket
  • One of the companions his eye was struck
  • He swore by Allaah he couldn't even remember which eye was struck

Second Sermon

  • The one who has blessed manners
  • Allaah praises him with having the best manners
  • Today is the day he was born
  • He was born on a Monday
  • Whatever happens to the Wali is not a miracle, rather it is a Karama
  • He hugged it and it stopped crying
  • His eye was struck and it came down to his cheek
  • He(sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) took the eye and placed it back in his socket
  • The springing of water between his finger tips
  • They wanted to drink water, they wanted to make Wudu, they needed water for their animals
  • There were 15,000
  • Had it been hundreds of thousands it would have been enough

Jummah Class

  • When he was asked about Islam he mentioned the five pillars
  • This is known from the hadeeth of Jibril
  • The first is the testification, the Shahada
  • The second is to perform prayer
  • Making the pilgrimage for whoever is able to
  • The most important is to believe in and utter the two testifications of faith
  • They take precedence over the others
  • The first pillar is required for all the others
  • The one who does not believe in Allah and His Messenger the other four pillars are rendered invalid
  • The belief in Allaah and His Messenger
  • You have to believe in the Messenger
  • In order to get reward the person has to be Muslim
  • The correct belief is the foundation
  • The correct belief is that Allah exists
  • No one deserves to be worshipped except Allaah
  • The Angel Jibreel appeared as a man and asked the Prophet about Imam
  • The Prophet or any of the companions didn't know who this man was
  • He sat down and he began to ask the Prophet these questions
  • He put his two knees on the Prophet's knees and hands on his thighs
  • This is to show that they had a form of relationship
  • He asked him a question and then he's concurring
  • The last day, destiny, the good and bad that occurs is by the will of Allaah
  • It's very important to believe that Allah exists and He has attributes of perfection
  • It is not valid to believe that Allah exists but he's like a human, or that He exists but the bad occur against His Will
  • It will not suffice for the person to believe that Allaah exists but that He's weak
  • You get reward everytime someone benefits from knowledge that you taught them
